Hand dyed fibers in various types of pure wool, wool superwash, superwash with nylon (for socks) and merino/tussah silk.

Dyeing, spinning process
Following is an example of my dyeing process, then the finished roving followed by what the fiber looks like while being hand spun on an electric spinning wheel and finally, the finished yarn. The colorway is Maui Sunset inspired by a photo I took in Maui in 2015 which is what the quilt in the header above is also based on.
All hand dyed fibers are one of a kind however, if I dye 3 or 4 in a single pot then those I consider to be “kissing-cousins” the colors will work with each other but each roving is unique.
